Retirement Course
Retirement can be scary especially if you have had a busy full working life and had a structured day throughout your career, many people feel at a loss, worried about how to fill their day in a constructive way, worried about boredom, loss of identity.
When I retired, I felt disoriented, concerned about how to fill my day with interests that were meaningful to me and wanted to feel a sense of purpose, keeping fit & active, mentally stimulated and having emotional security.
The course is aimed at people approaching retirement or thinking about retirement, to enable individuals to be clear about what they want to achieve and how they want to live this next phase of their lives.
During the course. a retirement plan will be structured to enable individuals to approach retirement with enthusiasm and excitement. With an opportunity to focus on themselves and the lifestyle they would like to navigate many different aspects of their personal journey.
The focus will be working with you, becoming the very best version of yourself regardless of your own unique challenges, improving your performance and enhancing your mental health with confidence and creating a healthy routine.
Working with you on your retirement journey, the course will focus and work in depth on the following categories.

The Course is Open to:-
- Individual or groups approaching retirement and wanting to get clearer about the next steps, the next stages of their lives.
- Working with businesses to provide a wellbeing strategy and training for their workforce approaching retirement.
There will be six sessions to cover each category this can be done individually or work in groups, we look at your vision, your purpose, your belief and develop strategies within each category. We will work in depth on each category, looking at:-
- How you feel.
- What it may look like.
- What energizes you.
- What empowers you to take action.
- What motivates you.
- Working with deeply held beliefs.
- How to bring your vision into reality.
- Achieving personal goals.
- Making good decisions.
